What do farming, a farm, cowing out, a cow mean?

There are a few terms you will find used regularly throughout AI WAR which may seem baffling at first, but are important to understand.

Farming: Farming is an illegal activity in this game, and one of the most promptly and severly punished among them. When a player is farming, they have usually created multiple accounts in one game world (multies - itself another illegal activity) - typically this means one main account, and a number of secondary, or farm accounts. The secondary accounts are created for the purpose of providing the main account with an unfair advantage over other players in the game. This is accomplished by player vs. player fights between the multi-accounts (both controlled by the same player) to the benefit of the main account. The term refers to the way in which beneficial yield is domesticated, or gathered under the control of a central actor (the farmer), the way livestock and agriculture were. However, the practice extends to pre-arranged PvP fights, wherein the fight is undertaken (even scheduled) with the explicit intention by both players of one player's losing while knowingly in possession of a significant amount of credits. The purpose being expressly to provide the credits to the other player without risk of resistence (and possibly for compensation in some other way).

A Farm: A farm is any account or collection of accounts created or played at any time, with the express purpose and intention of offering a harvest or cowing out (Profi Cow), in other words, being a relatively safe or undefended source of credits or advantage for other players, and neglecting to play to their own advantage, whether freely or for some form of profit (in-game or in real life). This is also a violation of the rules which leads to account deletion, but until discovered can safely be enjoyed by the other players in the game world.

Cowing Out / Mooing: This is simply the act of losing a lot of gold to another player. If you are attacked while plundering, have an item sell on the market, etc., while between safety fights and lose, the gold haul for the other player may be significant. There are many circumstances which may lead to losing a hefty amount of credits to another player (whether defending or attacking), and when it happens, you are called a cow, and the other players will note this and milk you for all you're worth, especially if you make a habit of it.
